PLAYER REGISTRATION
​The Academy League are sanctioned via State Associations (USYS) and all player registration needs to be completed and approved by your state associations

• State/League Associations usually start the player registration process between July 1 - August 1; please reach out directly to your association if you have questions on this process. 
  • For states/leagues that use Gotsport for Player Registration, clubs will only need to register their players through that Gotsport Event Source.  We will add that Roster Source to your Academy League teams, and players will automatically appear on your Academy League roster. 
  • If your state doesn't use Gotsport for player registration, in addition to registering your players with your state association, you'll also need to add the players to Gosport AND upload certified roster/passes to your team's Academy League event.

​GOTSPORT SCHEDULE

• The home team is required to input time/venue for all games
  • ​Fall Schedule Deadline is August 13, 2025
  • Spring Schedule Deadline is February 18, 2026

• Once the Schedule is locked August, 14, 2025 for Fall games and February 19, 2026 for Spring games, all changes must be made using the Game Change Form process.
